As a professional Home Inspector, it is my job to look for those hidden problems for you. The Home Inspection I give is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house. It provides you a professional prepared report on the condition of the physical structure and various system components within a home.

In order to write and prepare the report, I must conduct a visual inspection of the home you want to purchase. Normally the inspection process typically takes from 3-4 hours to complete average. This will vary, accordingly to the size and condition of the home.

 I will inspect all of the accessable visible structural components and major systems of the home. Additional areas and systems that are unique to a particular home can also be inspected.

When the inspection is complete, I will tell you of any problems that were discovered and discuss them with you in detail. I will tell you whether these are Major, Minor repairs and/or a routine maintenance items. Iwill also point out any safety concerns I notice. I Will identify anything that's typically near the end of its lifespan.  You will also receive a full written report of the inspection.

 I know that the home buying process can be confusing and additionally stressful to you and your family. My goal is to discover and inform you of anything I find that might affect your purchase decision and make repair recommendations.
